Rava Dosa



Ingredients :

Roasted Rava - 1 cup 
Rice Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Pepper, Jeera - 1 spoon
Onion -- Cut into small slices
Green Chilies - 2 
Curry Leaves 
Salt -- As per taste

Method


  1. Mix rava, rice flour, maida in the water without any lumps.
  2. finely chop the onion,green chilies, curry leaves.
  3. Heat tawa, add few drops oil and heat afterthat add jeera, pepper makes fry after that chopped onion,chily and curry leaves fry it. Mix it with batter.
  4. Wait for one hour, after that prepare dosa with this batter. You will crispy and tasty dosa will be ready.

  1. Thanks Padma, I made the dosas and they really came out very well and crispy. For a change i added some Ginger garlic paste,lot of finely chopped fresh coriander, a big piece of coconut grated and some garam masala too. You bet it was so crisp and tasty that none of my guests actually touched the chutney i made to go along with the dosas. Thank you for the recipe.
