Ingredients :
Roasted Rava - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Pepper, Jeera - 1 spoon
Onion -- Cut into small slices
Green Chilies - 2
Curry Leaves
Salt -- As per taste

Method
- Mix rava, rice flour, maida in the water without any lumps.
- finely chop the onion,green chilies, curry leaves.
- Heat tawa, add few drops oil and heat afterthat add jeera, pepper makes fry after that chopped onion,chily and curry leaves fry it. Mix it with batter.
- Wait for one hour, after that prepare dosa with this batter. You will crispy and tasty dosa will be ready.
